Clinical methods and Christian beliefs belong in the same conversation, with practical tools, personal responsibility, and grace connected to the concerns you bring.

Discuss the Concern, Not Just the Topic
Josh sees Christian men age 18 and up, including pastors and ministry leaders, and couples. Individual men can meet in Dayton or by secure video while located in Ohio. Couples and marriage counseling are in person at the Dayton office only. Josh works with fathers and couples on parenting stress, not with children directly.
Sessions last 55 minutes and meet weekly or every other week. Your first includes what brought you in, goals, and faith fit. Practical tools are part of the work between appointments.

Coverage Before Your First Session
The free 15-minute consultation includes fees and insurance questions. Accepted plans are Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. Coverage depends on your plan and benefits are checked together before the first session. Private pay is available, with superbills on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
