Christian Counseling for Men

An honest conversation about the man you are, the pressure you carry, and the patterns you want to change.

Who It Is For

You keep showing up. Something still feels stuck.

I work with Christian men age 18 and up who feel overwhelmed or disconnected and are ready to look honestly at what is holding them back.

That may mean facing an emotional struggle, a relationship pattern, a compulsive behavior, or questions about your faith. We work toward becoming the man God has called you to be, with clinical care that takes those concerns seriously.

What Men Bring

The pressure has a name.

01

Feeling Stuck

You repeat a pattern even after deciding that this time will be different.

02

Feeling Overwhelmed

Work and responsibilities at home leave little room to recover from stress.

03

Feeling Disconnected

You are present with your family, but emotional closeness feels harder to reach.

04

Purpose and Burnout

Pressure as a husband, father, or leader can crowd out questions about calling and direction.

What a Session Is Like

We talk honestly about a specific concern and look at what happens before, during, and after it. Practical tools and personal responsibility give that conversation something concrete to build on.

You can bring scripture and faith into the work as you want. I use evidence-based methods, including CBT, EMDR, and psychodynamic counseling, alongside a biblical worldview.

Honesty Before Performance

Strength that starts with honesty.

Admitting that anger, anxiety, or a hidden behavior is affecting your life takes the conversation past appearances. We can begin with what is happening rather than what you think you should be able to handle.

Faith does not require you to conceal the struggle. Counseling gives us time to address it with practical care and personal responsibility.

Identity and Spiritual Growth

Who you are in Christ matters.

Guilt and shame can shape the way you see yourself long after a particular mistake. We can examine those beliefs and the difference between taking responsibility and defining yourself by failure.

Questions about biblical manhood, your identity in Christ, and faith in everyday life can be part of the work, including how you respond at home and carry responsibility at work.

Ready when you are.

Bring one concern to a free 15-minute call. You do not need to have the whole story sorted out.
