Sessions are 55 minutes, meeting weekly or every other week. Your first appointment includes conversation about what brought you in, your goals, and how faith fits into counseling. Practical tools between sessions can relate to specific experiences at home or work.

Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare are accepted. Benefits are checked together before the first session because your plan determines coverage. The free 15-minute consultation gives you time to discuss fees and insurance questions. Private pay is offered too, and a superbill is available on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
