Faith and Clinical Care
Sound Clinical Methods Without Setting Faith Aside
Josh is an Ohio Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervision designation. He integrates CBT, EMDR, and psychodynamic counseling with a biblical worldview. CBT examines thoughts and responses, EMDR is used for trauma and painful memories, and psychodynamic work considers recurring patterns. Personal responsibility and practical tools are part of the conversations about faith and the concern you want to address.
Our ApproachWhat a Session Looks Like
Counseling sessions last 55 minutes and occur weekly or every other week. The first appointment includes what brought you in, your goals, and how faith fits into the clinical work. Practical tools between meetings can connect those discussions to everyday experiences.
