Faith and Clinical Care
Practical Clinical Care With Biblical Grounding
Josh is an Ohio licensed clinical counselor with supervision designation. His methods include CBT, EMDR, and psychodynamic counseling, integrated with a biblical worldview. Thoughts and reactions, painful memories, and repeated emotional patterns can all enter the discussion. Counseling takes faith seriously while addressing practical choices and the specific relationship or emotional concern you want to work on in your sessions.
Our ApproachWhat a Session Looks Like
Counseling appointments last 55 minutes and meet weekly or every other week. Early sessions include what brought you in, the goals you want to discuss, and how faith fits into the work. Practical tools between meetings connect the conversation to everyday situations. Fathers and couples may discuss parenting stress, but Josh does not counsel children directly. Couples sessions remain in person throughout the work.
