A counseling session lasts 55 minutes. Appointments are weekly or every other week, with practical tools to consider between meetings. Your first session can focus on what brought you in, the goals you want to discuss, and how faith fits into the work. You can begin with one specific concern rather than explaining every struggle in the first conversation.

The practice accepts Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. Coverage depends on your plan, and benefits are checked together before your first session. Private pay is available too. You may request a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement, which is not guaranteed.
