Appointments last 55 minutes, whether an individual man meets in person or by video, or a couple attends together. The schedule is weekly or every other week. Early conversation covers what brought you to counseling, your goals, and the place of faith in the sessions.

Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare are accepted. Coverage is determined by your plan, so benefits are checked with you before the first session. Private pay remains available. If you request a superbill, it may support possible out-of-network reimbursement, but payment from your plan is not promised.
